At the core of our offering is activity-driven process control, a methodology we’ve developed that ensures business-supporting activities are clearly identified and deliver the expected value.
By systematizing and automating these activities, either partially or entirely, we help organizations enhance the value of their core operations, embracing the “ToDo” mindset.This methodology involves identifying recurring activities—whether daily, monthly, or periodically—that support the organization’s core business. We then apply a value-oriented perspective, challenging the necessity of each activity and its execution.
By defining and authenticating these business support activities as value-generating, we can systematize them and establish Service Level Agreements (SLA) for consistent execution. This applies regardless of whether the activity is performed by internal or external resources, or whether it is fragmented, decentralized, or already standardized.
